Responsibility:
- Ensure the order processing and the operational follow-up of the shipments from order reception to final delivery at destination.
- Guarantees the good application of the processes, update the order status to the planning
- In charge of the communication with the vendors for orders / shipments follow-up.
- Assist merchandiser to supervise communicate with the factories on detail works.
- Prepare the relevant samples which need by the merchandiser
Requirements:
- Equipped with clear & efficient verbal & written communication skill in both English & Mandarin
- At least 3 years work experience on export business and logistic, familiar with the whole process of supplier chain.
- Good communication skills with high team spirit.
- Solution oriented in daily job, creative, innovative, positive, loyal, honest, and willing to learn;
- Good computer skills.
